The Torque-Arm II is a shaft mount helical gear reducer that mounts directly to the driven shaft with a number of accessories available to produce versatility, cost savings and long life. A long list of standard features makes this reducer suitable for a wide range of environments right off the shelf.

12 case sizes through 400 hp (300 kW)
Bearings are sized to conform to American Gear Manufacturers Association and American Bearing Manufacturers Association design of an unadjusted minimum of 25,000 hrs average life (L-50) in Class I applications. This is usually twice the bearing life of many competitive reducers that are not designed to this standard.

Description

The Motorized Torque-Arm II Shaft Mount Speed Reducer has a patented, premium sealing system that uses a Harsh Duty oil seal protected by a metal excluder seal with rubbing lip. This harsh duty sealing system makes this reducer series a perfect fit for today’s harsh duty industries such as aggregates, mining, cement, asphalt, mixing & milling and ethanol.
